Wesley Franklin Sine is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah.  He attended Jackson Elementary School and was Valedictorian at the graduating ceremony of Jackson Jr. High School.  Wesley Sine graduated from East High School with a 3.89 average and was second in his class.  He then entered UofU PreMed and expanded his interests to Engineering Calculus, Advanced Physics, Advanced Chemistry before he applied and entered Law School.  Wesley F. SIne graduated from the UofU Law School with his LLB and 5 years later received his Juris Doctors.  Wesley practiced law from 1962 to 2005 when he resigned his license. Immediately upon graduation from law school along with his law practice, he became manager and Executive VP of Rancho Lanes, which position he held until 1990.  Wesley Sine also was President and General Manager of the following:  Newhouse Hotel, Kimball Apartments, Bonwood Bowl Ltd, Cottonwood Lanes, Wasatch Lanes, MidValley Family Center Lanes, Fun Bowl Centers, Five Valley Bowl and Liberty Bowl in Montana, American Travel Inns, Scotty's Travel Motor Hotels, and Se Rancho Motel.  He also served as General Counsel for each of the above entities.  Wesley F. Sine had 350 employees, $4M+ income with a $1M payroll.  His forte was taking good businesses and making them both better operations and more profitable. Wesley F. Sine has traveled extensively around the world going to places such as Iran, HongKong, Kiwiat, Lebonon, Philippines, England, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Panama, Mexico, Canada, South Korea and meeting with the Secretary of the Treasury of South Korea, the Attorney General of the Philippines. Wesley F. Sine has served in the following community services as President and Director:    Kiwanis, Utah Motel Association, Utah Apartment Association, Utah Bowling Association, Salt Lake Valley Hotel Association, and 2nd VP Salt Lake Valley Convention Bureau. Wesley F Sine in 1991 left the business world and practiced law full time.  He practiced law in most of the areas specializing in PI, business law, trial work, and appeals.  His notible successes were a $3.2M jury verdict against a major TV Station for Slander/False light.  He also was instrumental in obtaining judgments for breach of contract of $3M and $15M.  In the criminal area, he was able to defeat a attemted murder charge in the Arraignment stage of the action. Wesley F. Sine was General Counsel for:  Utah Motel Association for 17 years, Rancho Lanes, Cottonwood Lanes, Wasatch Lanes, Bonwood Bowl Ltd, MidValley Family Lanes, NewHouse Hotel, Scotty's Travel Motor Hotels, Se Rancho Motel, Sine Investment Co., and Jerry Sine Investment Co. Wesley Sine was a avid skier in his youth competing in the Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah Area.  He participated in the Junior Nationals held in Wyoming and was on the varsity ski team for the UofU for 4 years.  Wesley F. Sine and Betty Lou Sine (Stewart) were on the first Utahn's on the cover of Sports Illustrated in 1957 in Skiing. Wesley F. Sine has had a very demanding and complication life, but one that he feels was rewarding.  Wesley Sine's moto is if you keep going no matter what injustices are thrown at you, with your head held high, your have been a success.  Wesley F. Sine feel his duty is to do what is right, treat his fellow man as special, and give 110% in everything that he does.  Wesley F. Sine is a self starter always striving to do better and to bring with him all those that are around him.  He lover his country, the constitution of the United States, and the judiciary thereof.  Wesley F. Sine works out at the gym three nights a weeks, running a mile each of those nights along with a strenuous weight room work out, snow skis, water skis, and loves the threater. Wesley F. Activities: Wesley F. Sine continues to be active in legal circles, attending the Summer and Spring Conferences for the Utah State Bar Association. Although not a member he attends their CLE classes maintaining a proficiency in various areas of the law. In 2011, Wesley F Sine obtained 40 hours of CLE credits, and so far in 2012, has obtained approximately 20+ hours more. Wesley F. Sine attends the various seminars offered by the Quinney Law School to broaden his legal knowledge. Wesley F. Sine is also a member of the UAJ attending many of their seminars. He tries in every way to support the various areas of the legal practice even though he does not have a license to practice law. Wesley F. Sine still has a profound love of the law and the constitution which supports it.

Activities: Welsey F. SIne fulfilled his Pre Med Qualifications including Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, Engineering Calculus, advance Theories in Physics classes and is well steeped in the Sciences. He applied for Med School in his third year and was passed over but informed he would be picked up for medical school in the next year. While waiing for the next year the family businesses expanded and medicine seemed to be a conflict with the family businesses. Therefore, he felt that law would be a great asset in the business world. This has proven to be true. It really takes an attorney to understand what an attorney is saying. Therefore making Wesley F. Sine a better business man and an asset to anyone he works with.

Wesley F. Sine is interested in Bowling, skiing, hiking, plays, operas, symphony, keeping up to date with the Wall Street Journal, politics, and community services. Wesley F. Sine is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
